"I was relocating from NJ to Louisiana, and had no experience in the Lafayette area of the state. I was lucky to find Shonda, as she was EXTREMELY patient with my wife and I, showing us over 50 homes, at several different price points in several different areas. We had no idea what we were looking for, until we found it! We must have driven Shonda crazy, but you never would have known it. Shonda makes it her personal mission to find you a home. Just doesn't sit back and wait for you to send her something you found yourself online, and just be there to open there door for you. She digs in, uses her resources to find pocket listings, and LISTENS to what you are saying as you are walking through homes. After the first few showings, I would get emails with specific reasons as to why she thought I should see this house, and it was usually based on the little things she noticed we liked in a home, ie dark floors, mud room, place to hand your laundry, office space, etc. She was amazing. I referred her to my 2 coworkers that also relocated, and she found them their dream home as well. Shonda is the best!"
